Standard Competition Terms and Conditions of The First Milk Cheese Company Limited (FMCC)

This competition is open to all UK residents and no purchase is necessary.
By entering into the competition all entrants will be deemed to have read, understood and be bound by these rules.

• Only entries made via the website www.toastofscotland.co.uk will be deemed valid. Entrants under the age of 16 must have permission from their parent or guardian.
• Any submission made by entrants must be free from any defamatory, seditious or other indecent content.
• All entries must be received by FMCC by the closing date and time as specified on the website. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw.
• Answers will be entered automatically upon submission. If for any reason an entry is deemed by First Milk Limited in its sole and absolute discretion to be invalid, incomplete or illegible that entry will be disqualified.
• No responsibility will be taken by FMCC for any answers that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
• No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
• If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable FMCC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered. Only one prize will be awarded per household for each competition. Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes.
• All decisions of FMCC will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winning name(s) will be selected in a random draw from all correct answers received. The winner(s) will be notified by email.
• Winner(s) of prizes will be announced on FMCC’s Toast of Scotland website HYPERLINK "http://www.toastofscotland.co.uk/win" www.toastofscotland.co.uk/win after the closing date and time and/or notified within seven days after the winner(s) have been ascertained. Names of winners are available from FMCC upon request.
• If the winner(s) of the prize cannot be traced within 14 days, after reasonable efforts have been made by FMCC then FMCC may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.
• Entry costs (where applicable) are as advertised. Entrants are liable for their costs to access telephone, mobile or computer networks. Entrants should seek the authorisation of the person who is responsible for the phone bill, if they are not the owner.
• Where prizes are to be provided by a third party then the winner(s) will be required to complete all appropriate or applicable booking and/or other formalities direct with such provider including without limitation signing up to such third party's terms and conditions and abiding by them.
  FMCC will have no responsibility for the acts or defaults of any other persons including without limitation such third party.
• FMCC reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
• The winner(s) name will be published on the Toast of Scotland.
• The prize winner when contacted will be required to comply with these competition terms and conditions, accept the prize and provide their name, telephone number and address details in order that the prize can be delivered to them.
• By submitting an entry the entrant takes full responsibility for ensuring that the rights of all contributions to the work have been properly acquired.
• By submitting an entry the entrant will be licensing First Milk Limited to use the content at its absolute discretion for any purpose it deems appropriate, including without limit, promotion of First Milk Limited product brands in any medium.
• No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
• Tapes, mpegs and any other media submitted by entrants will not be returned by FMCC.
• FMCC will be entitled to terminate or modify these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion at any time.
