Cheesy Beans Toastie
Ingredients
- Kingsmill Love to Toast Muffin
- Scottish Pride Cheddar
- Baked Beans
- Low fat Sliced Cooked Sausage
- Cherry Tomatoes
Method
- Toast both sides of a Kingsmill Love to Toast muffin then split it open
- Top each one with a generous spoonful of baked beans mixed with low fat sliced sausage and quartered cherry tomatoes
- Cover with grated or thinly sliced Scottish Pride Cheddar then set in a foil lined grill pan and grill until melted and bubbling.
