Pizza Toastie

Ingredients

• Kingsmill Crusts Away! Bread
• Scottish Pride Cheddar
• Tomato Puree
• Sliced ripe tomatoes
• Olives or Bottled sweet peppers

Method

1. Toast a slice of Kingsmill Crusts Away bread on one side only
2. Spread the un-toasted side with a good dollop of tomato puree, then cover with a layer of sliced ripe tomatoes
3. Sprinkle with a handful of grated Scottish Pride cheddar and then arrange a few olives or bottled sweet peepers on top
4. Place in a foil lined grill pan and grill until melted and bubbling.
